Tonsil stones form in holes in the tonsils They cause sore throats, bad taste and bad breath.

This is a left tonsil. It has deep holes where food traps and forms tonsil stones. They decompose and cause a bad smell /taste. The treatment is tonsil removal. I use the carbon dioxide laser under local anaesthetic spray to remove the whole tonsil bit by bit until there are no more symptoms. In fact most people only need one treatment.
