Tonsil stones can cause bad breath, bad taste and recurrent sore throats

Here's a white lump at the top of the tonsil. It could be a tonsil stone, but is more likely a papilloma or patch of leukoplakia. It's tiny, about 1 mm diameter, as this picture was taken with a high definition endoscope. Needs watching and possible laser ablating if it persists.
