Sinus type. pain isn't always from your sinuses

Fascinating. This is a man with left facial pain that shoots from his nose into his sinuses and behind his eye. On the right is the middle turbinate, on the left of the picture a septal spur poking straight into the middle turbinate. As classic case of Sluders Neuralgia initially misdiagnosed as sinusitis. He needs a septoplasty.
