Result of local anaesthetic laser turbinoplasty in clinic. A “lunchtime” procedure.

The arrow points to the front of the inferior turbinate in the nose, which has undegone local anaesthetic laser turbinoplasty 4 weeks previously. The concave area (arrow) is where the turbinate has shrunk back, opening up the nose at the level of the nasal valve.
