Mulberry Turbinate causes catarrh and postnasal drip

This is a knobbly back end of the inferior turbinate - a bone that runs from the front of the nose to the back. This finding is associated with the symptoms of post nasal drip and catarrh. Treatment is with posterior laser turbinoplasty.
