Classic obstructed throat causing recurrent tonsillitis, blocked airway, snoring and sleep apnoea.

Not the best picture I know, but this is a combination of a huge, wide uvula and very large tonsils, causing breathing problems, recurrent sore throats, loud heroic snoring and of course, sleep apnoea. By laser vapourising about 80% of his tonsils and removing the uvula this will make a huge difference to this man. All done under local anaesthetic.
