Chronic tonsillitis and discharge coming from a tonsil pocket where debris is collecting

Top left you can see a deep pocket full of white material, probably impacted food. It is setting a up a chronic reaction with discharge clearly see streaking down the tonsil and draining into the stomach, where it may be affecting gut function amongst other problems.
