Blocked nose and snoring

These 2 symptoms go together, as many of my patients with snoring need nose unblocking treatment. On TV a couple of years ago I managed to successfully treat the country's loudest scorer (apparently) with a combination of salt water rinse and steroid/antihistamine combination spray.
