Blocked nose and one sided face pain

Here there is a marked septal spur and deviation poking into the inferior turbinate. This is a cause of blockage and possibly left hemifacial pain due to pressure on the inferior turbinate, which gets worse periodically when allergy causes swelling of the turbinate, and improves when the patient lies down.
